These models are intended to accompany my Open-IP symbols, representing the VLSI building blocks from Professor Ikeda's Open-IP library.

For design using a specific process, you'll want your foundry's (generally proprietary) transistor model parameters. But for learning or early feasibility studies, crude parameters suffice, so I provide a GPL set suitable for ngspice here:
